What Are Case Files?
CLS Case Files Explained
Information shown
The
Case Files page lists all the orders you have made – these orders make up your case file history.
Click on any order to see additional details about your order. You can sort the information shown by adding details to any of the headings.
The orders shown have been processed by date as indicated.
If no Case File numbers are showing you have not made any orders or requested any quotations in this user account, although if you are an administrator of the company you will be able to view case files of all you company's users.
To place an order/additional orders please click on the yellow
"Add Products" button.
Case ID & Client Reference
By clicking the
Case ID number this will take you to the detail of this case.
By clicking on the
blue PDF number you can download or resend a copy of the Policy to your logged in user ID email address .
To add new policies to you current case file click on the link
"Add Products" - this will take you to the products ordering page.
Both the case ID and Client Reference links take you to the detail of this case.
