Hometrack and CLSQ announce new property data partnership

Hometrack, the leading provider of automated property valuations and property insights, and CLSQ, a leading provider of cutting-edge property data and data-led insurance products have announced a new long-term partnership to leverage the power of their combined data and software.

The two businesses are working closely together to provide best-in-class data and risk services such as Live EPC data and HM Land Registry title and tenure to lenders and brokers. Two high street mortgage lenders are already live and there are further property risk insights planned.

CLSQ has over 800 datasets, covering 1.5bn data points, across more than 28 million UK properties provided as curated and interpreted decision ready data. Together with Hometrack and its parent company, Zoopla Property Groups’, own extensive data, they provide the most up to date, accurate, address matched data, with the highest coverage available from any source. By harnessing these datasets with Hometrack's portfolio of valuation and risk management products, the partnership will enhance data-driven decision-making for UK lenders - and support them with managing risk.

As part of the partnership, Hometrack will use CLSQ’s API to ingest data into its Property Risk Hub, combining its advanced decision automation and triage capabilities with class-leading data out-of-the-box. This will enable lenders to manage mortgage lending decisions more efficiently. It will also reduce the time it takes to provide customers with a ‘yes’ decision and progress with the process of buying a home.
